    Work with Flare Education to recruit alumni as adult interns or Co-Ops and enroll college students in work-study programs

  4. Alumni Direct Placements
    Work with Flare Education to recruit alumni with 5+ past internship experiences for open full-time and part-time roles

  1. Project-Based Internship
    Select from Flare Education’s Project Templates to identify win-wins that provide value to specific departments and functions

  2. Operational Apprenticeship
    Work with our team to identify quick-win tasks students can assist your staff with based on your needs and our students’ skills

Our Flare Career Connected Center offers employers a dynamic, co-supervisory model to host interns at our site whenever necessary for a consistent in-person experience
