Our 6-Step Annual Program

#1. School Year Training
Students participate in a series of 2-hour training sessions focused on durable skills from October through June

#2. Professional Mentorship
Students work with groups of mentors and other students to discuss professional topics and build meaningful relationships

#3. Skill Development Workshops
Students work one-on-one with experienced professionals as coaches to build skills related to students’ development areas

#4. Networking Events
Students hear from and network with members of employer resource groups and other professionals to gain exposure

#5. Summer Boot Camp
Students receive 2 weeks of internship training in preparation for their summer internships at employer partners

#6. Summer Internships
Students receive 4-8-week project-based internships and operational apprenticeships hosted at employer partners
Our Student & Alumni Experience
Students are nominated at partner schools - public and charter in Greater Boston - in 9th grade to participate
Students complete our first annual cycle during their 10th grade year are invited to rejoin in their 11th grade year
Students complete our second annual cycle during their 11th grade year are invited to rejoin in their 12th grade year
Students complete our third annual cycle during their 12th grade year join our alumni network post-graduation
Alumni engage with us while in pipeline programs and are eligible for internship, Co-Op, and work-study opportunities
We place alumni into part-time and full-time roles at employer partners when their is mutual interest and fit
